|Corporate Insight Launches Property & Casualty Monitor
New Service Will Track P&C Insurance Firms’ Online and Offline Experience for Clients and Prospects
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corporate Insight, the leading provider of competitive intelligence to the financial services industry, has announced the launch of its second new insurance subscription research service, Property & Casualty Monitor. A counterpart to the firm’s recently launched Life Insurance Monitor, this new Monitor will evaluate and examine the website capabilities and marketing materials that property and casualty insurers provide to prospects and clients. Corporate Insight will provide subscribers with an unbiased, first-hand view of the user experience by holding live accounts they personally fund and open. Subscribers will also have access to an Advisory Panel consisting of consumers and financial professionals who are available to answer questions and offer unique insights on industry trends and topics.
“As consumers increasingly rely on the Web and mobile devices to shop for insurance and manage their policies, it’s critical that insurance firms deliver a robust online experience to prospects and policy holders.”
“As consumers increasingly rely on the Web and mobile devices to shop for insurance and manage their policies, it’s critical that insurance firms deliver a robust online experience to prospects and policy holders,” explains Lauren Wistrom, senior analyst for Property & Casualty Monitor. “To build a best-in-class experience, firms must first understand how their site design, usability, navigation and functionality match up to competitor offerings. Property & Casualty Monitor will offer this kind of competitive insight and best practices research on an ongoing basis.”
Corporate Insight will track a number of the leading insurance providers offering property and casualty coverage, including:
• Liberty Mutual
• State Farm
• The Hartford
Property & Casualty Monitor’s inaugural report – An Introduction to 12 Firms and their Public Site Material – provides a high-level analysis of the tools, educational content and layout of the public websites that insurance companies offer to current and prospective clients. Future reports will focus on important processes like client on-boarding and policy applications, as well as the interactive tools, quote tools and agent locator resources offered by insurance firms. Topical issues such as social media and mobile capabilities will also be evaluated.
Outside of its two insurance-focused Monitors, Corporate Insight offers eight Monitor services that cover the entire online financial services spectrum, including annuities, brokerage, banking, mutual funds and credit cards. As with all Monitor reports, Corporate Insight employs a consistent and transparent methodology when grading companies included in every Property & Casualty Insurance Monitor report.
