E-Claim.com, LLC was founded in 1999 by Thomas J. Brown, a P/C claims adjuster with over 12 years of multi-line claim handling experience. Thomas started the business as a nationwide directory of claim service providers. That business concept would later become the primary focus of www.Claims-Portal.com, one of the top three resources sites for property and casualty insurance claims.
E-Claim has since launched over 10 different web sites/services, all owned and operated by E-Claim, within the general business arena of providing web-based technology services to property and casualty insurance claims businesses and associations. We currently provide these services to over 700 companies. In 2005, over 1,000 catastrophe adjusters used our Claims Management System (ClickClaims CMS), and that number is growing rapidly. Our clients include The National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and The Loss Executives Association, two of the world's largest professional claims organizations; as well as many smaller and single owner-operated independent adjusting firms.
